We are seeking a proactive Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and client partnership. You’ll build a strong talent pipeline and exceed KPIs in a supportive, target-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline) is preferred.
• Fluent Cantonese and English are required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Recruitment experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking, and internal database.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews; coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Write and post engaging job advertisements and manage candidate experience.
• Assist with reference checks, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Hit and exceed KPIs (submissions, interviews, placements).

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (junior to mid-level positions)
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking, and our internal database
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Write and post attractive job advertisements
• Provide an outstanding experience for candidates and clients throughout the process
• Assist with reference checks, offer management, and onboarding coordination
• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs (submissions, interviews, placements)

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Cantonese, English fluency required; additional languages a plus)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Positive, resilient attitude with a genuine passion for people and recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is preferred
