Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking goal-driven Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding Banking, Technology and Insurance teams. You will source mid-senior candidates, manage end-to-end interview processes, negotiate salaries, and build long-term client relationships with multinational clients in APAC.

You will also develop your own recruitment business with Gravitas mentorship and training, enjoying uncapped commissions, coaching, and a dynamic team

• Partnering with industry leading multinational clients within APAC (Global Insurance firms, International Banks, Leading Financial Services Firms)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Source mid-senior candidates within your specialisation, becoming an industry expert by cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs
• Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
• Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
• Build strong networks within your specialisation with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities
• Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success

Successful Candidate

• Prior sales experience (part-time or full-time)
• Prior recruitment experience (ideal but not necessary)
