Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Enterprise IT Application Management with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Finance/HR domains, data management, and AI or automation.
• Strong SQL, API, and system integration knowledge; analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities; Agile or Scrum experience.
• Change management and user adoption expertise; mobile app design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects involving system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise systems.
