As a Manager - Technology (Enterprise Solutions), you will be responsible for leading Finance and HR enterprise systems to transform business operations. This is a hands‑on managerial role requiring strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver business outcomes. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager – Technology and partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise solutions. You will play a key role in shaping technology roadmaps, driving system integration initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and automation, and ensuring enterprise platforms effectively support business objectives and operational excellence.
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects involving system implementations, upgrades, feature rollouts, and process improvements. Influence stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and drive teams and vendors toward agreed business outcomes.
Technical Ownership: Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise systems, proactively resolving issues to ensure system reliability.
Business User Partnership: Partner with stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Strategic Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation) to recommend innovative solutions for Finance and HR processes.
Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, internal employee applications, financial systems and similar platforms).
System Integration: Drive seamless integration of platforms with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and interoperability.
Compliance & Security: Ensure all solutions adhere to relevant regulations, organizational standards and implement robust security measures to protect sensitive financial and employee data.
Data Management & Reporting: Oversee data migrations, ensure compliance with data security standards, and develop accurate, actionable reports for business users.
User Enablement: Create comprehensive documentation and training materials to support end-user adoption and effective use of enterprise systems.
Vendor Collaboration: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery, service levels, timelines and quality expectations, ensuring timely system updates, issue resolution, and alignment with organizational needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience including at least 2 years’ experience in Enterprise IT Application Management.
Proven track record of leading complex enterprise system projects and achieving results through cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Extensive experience with process optimization, system integration, and data management within Finance and/or HR domains together with knowledge of AI or automation application.
Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integration methodologies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in change management or driving user adoption of enterprise systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of mobile application design/implementation.
Candidates will be considered for the Manager or Assistant Manager grade based on their experience and demonstrated scope of responsibility.
