Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an accomplished IT executive to own and drive the organization's technology landscape, spanning ERP, CRM, digital commerce, and integration efforts. You will lead cross-functional teams, modernize platforms, and ensure reliable operations to support business growth.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership experience, strong vendor engagement, and proven ability to deliver complex ICT programs in a multinational, consumer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing large-scale application ecosystems in multinational, consumer-focused, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the organization's IT stack across ERP, CRM, digital commerce, mobility, integrations, supply chain, and internal tools; ensure reliable operations and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Drive technology projects from inception through delivery, including requirements analysis, evaluation, planning, vendor coordination, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Evaluate platforms to improve processes, reduce debt, increase automation, and leverage new tech for growth and efficiency.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments, including servers, networking, storage, data platforms, endpoints, and DR capabilities.
• Maintain governance on cybersecurity, IAM, data privacy, risk, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Develop IT standards, security frameworks, policies, procedures, and performance metrics; report on service delivery and strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external partners to ensure contracts, quality, deliverables, and cost efficiency.
• Support annual IT planning, budgeting, and investments to align IT with long-term objectives.
