Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 6 years of system development and project delivery experience.
• Experience in SIT/UAT and production releases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in insurance or financial services system integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and deliver scalable system, web, mobile, cloud, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Design and develop frontend platforms using Angular, PHP, WordPress, Node.js, microservices, AKS and APIs.
• Prepare technical specifications, system flows, integration designs, and mobile app docs.
• Ensure SDLC compliance, security, coding standards, and cloud architecture best practices.
• Use AI tools to improve coding, testing, and delivery efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end projects with Agile or Waterfall, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Provide production support and coordinate deployments and post-implementation checks.
• Lead technical teams and ensure clear documentation and audit compliance.
