Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Solid experience in application development and solution design.
- Experience leading system implementation and enhancement projects.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with web, mobile, and enterprise application development.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable digital solutions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and technology projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure performance, security, reliability, and cross‑platform compatibility.
- Collaborate with users, project teams, and external vendors.
- Provide architectural guidance and system upgrade recommendations.
- Lead technology projects and monitor progress.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement cost-effective fixes.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and mobile solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure IT governance.
- Support operations and maintain production stability.
- Share knowledge and train team members.
- Perform other duties to support objectives.
