McDonald’s Hong Kong is seeking a Manager - Digital Finance Business Partner to drive FP&A for digital channels, optimize loyalty programs, and lead pricing and performance analyses. You will partner with business units on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives, delivering actionable insights and robust financial controls.
The role requires extensive FP&A experience in retail or QSR environments, strong stakeholder management, and advanced Excel/financial modelling capabilities.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of digital transformation, maximizing the value and effectiveness of the Loyalty Program, optimizing menu pricing strategies, and supporting company-wide business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Act as the Finance Business Partner for digital channels and strategic growth initiatives, with strong knowledge of loyalty programs and experience in program performance planning and analysis
Lead financial analysis, performance reviews, and management reporting to support timely and effective business decisions
Partner with stakeholders on annual budgeting, forecasting, and business case development and performance monitoring
Identify opportunities for sales performance improvement and proactively recommend actions to enhance profitability and competitiveness.
Support transformation, automation, and process optimization projects, ensuring financial objectives and controls are embedded throughout project execution.
Enhance and maintain FP&A dashboards, management reports, and analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency and business visibility.
Drive pricing strategy development, scenario analysis, and post-implementation evaluations to optimize sales and margins.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial objectives and business strategies.
Requirements:
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years+ of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or management reporting.
Strong experience in retail, consumer, QSR, FMCG, or multi-site operating environments is highly preferred.
Demonstrate ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
Commercially minded with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, financial modelling, and analytical tools.
Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Manager level.
