Job summary

Pacific Extend Properties Management Limited 泓建物業管理有限公司 is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead a team of technical staff in operating, repairing and maintaining building service systems for a large commercial building in Hong Kong. The role reports to the Technical Manager and requires strong leadership and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Exposure to property management is an advantage.
• Holder of REW License A0 and Green Card recommended.
• Strong leadership, good teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job description

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of technical staff to operate, repair and maintain the building service systems of large commercial building, providing day-to-day building maintenance management services to the site, and performing ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience
• Exposure in property management business is a definite advantage
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License A0 and Green Card is recommended
• Strong leadership skills, a good team player, good communication skills and able to work effectively under high pressure
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
