Job summary

Kai Shing Management Services Ltd seeks a Senior Technical Services Officer to lead daily maintenance supervision for commercial properties in HK Island. You will oversee in-house and outsourced works, ensuring timely reports,Tender docs, and contract administration, while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a Higher Diploma/ Degree in related engineering fields, at least 6 years in property management or engineering, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Property & Facility Management or Engineering.
• Registered Safety Officer/Safety Auditor/Class 3 Fire Service Installation Contractor preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works in commercial properties
• Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance programs as well as prepare relevant monthly reports, tender documents and contract administration
• Enforce safety for works carried out by direct labours and contractors
• Attend meetings with tenants, developers, contractors and the Owners’ Committees to address technical enquiries and issues
• Perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned
