Job summary
Well Born Real Estate Management Limited seeks a Technical Officer/Assistant Technical Officer to supervise a technical team responsible for maintenance and operations of building systems in luxury residential properties in Hong Kong.
The role requires a Higher Diploma in a related field, 5 years of property maintenance experience, and strong English/Chinese communication. Putonghua is an advantage; the company offers comprehensive fringe benefits and a competitive package.
Qualifications
- Team player with good communication under pressure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in property maintenance projects and alterations.
- Higher Diploma in relevant building services fields is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a technical team to ensure efficient maintenance and operation of building systems.
- Assist in arranging budgets and control expenses on E&M contracts.
- Liaise with owners/tenants for technical services requests.
