Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Technical Services Officer – Residential to oversee interior renovation, repair and maintenance of residential rental properties. You will provide technical advice and prepare tender documents for repair and maintenance works.

The role requires a degree in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or related discipline, at least 3 years' property maintenance experience, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or Building Surveying/Building Study or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in property maintenance.
• Practical hands-on experience in managing luxury residential properties.
• Conversant with statutory regulations in Hong Kong.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Possession of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker will be an advantage.
• Green Card holders, safety supervisors and Registered Minor Works Contractor (Class III) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Interior renovation, repair and maintenance of residential rental properties.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations on repair and improvement works.
• Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance works.
• Conduct cost-control studies for building works.
• Attend meetings as assigned.
