Job summary

Leadingnation invites an experienced Assistant Building Services Engineer / Technical Officer, Technical Services, to join their Property Management team overseeing a Luxury Residential portfolio in Hong Kong.

You will lead the technician team, supervise E&M installation and renovation works for BMS, HVAC, FS and Electrical systems, and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years or more experience in delivering E&M with property management, facility management or with developers in luxury Residential maintenance and renovation works.
• REW license of A0 or above will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of Hong Kong building regulations and bilingual English/Chinese

We are representing a Real Estate group in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for a Assistant Building Services Engineer / Technical Officer, Technical Services to join their Property Management team to oversee their Luxury Residential portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the the technician team with maintenance and renovations works on their residential properties.

• Provide E&M installation works for BMS, HVAC, FS and Electrical systems.

• Monitor and work closely with sub-contractors on day to day operation works.

• Mentor and develop technicians to build a strong property/facility team with deep understanding of local standards, expectations, and operation needs.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 6+ years or more experience in delivering E&M with property management, facility management or with developers in luxury Residential maintenance and renovation works.

• Those with a REW license of A0 or above will be advantage.

• Good understanding of Hong Kong building regulations, submission workflows, and operator technical standards and fluent in Chinese and English.
