Job summary

HKR International Limited is seeking a qualified candidate in Discovery Bay to supervise building maintenance and repair operations. You will manage routine maintenance tasks, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with tenant fitting out work.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience in building repair and maintenance.
• Experience in commercial building is preferable.
• Less experience may qualify for Associate Officer role.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise routine repair and maintenance.
• Prepare tender and coordinate with contractors.
• Perform inspections on tenant’s fitting out work.
