Job summary

Goldwell Property Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer to maintain building systems and supervise operation works. The role includes providing technical advice on repairs, preparing specifications and tender documents, and handling owner/tenant requests on technical aspects.

You will monitor facilities, prepare equipment inventories, and supervise testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Building Studies or related disciplines.
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) or above.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property maintenance.
• Familiar with related ordinances and maintenance practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist to carry out routine maintenance and operation works.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations on repairs and improvements.
• Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair/maintenance works.
• Handle owner’s/tenant’s requests on technical aspects.
• Monitor the performance of building facilities.
• Prepare equipment and inventory lists.
• Supervise and carry out testing and commissioning.
