Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in a related field with 1–3 years in Sales Support or Coordination. IT/networking/cybersecurity experience is a plus, helping tailor solutions and quotes for customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination.
• Experience in the IT, networking, cybersecurity, system integration, or technology industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospects via cold calling, direct mailing, and referral programs.
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and close deals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams for contract fulfilment.
• Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations, renewal quotes, tender documents, and maintain quotation records.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Presales, vendors, and distributors on pricing, quotations, product availability, and customer requests.
• Maintain sales documentation, quotation archives, version control, and prepare reports.
