Job summary

A fast-growing IT solutions provider in Hong Kong is seeking a Solution Consultant to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of IT solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in desktop and server support, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities include building client relationships, participating in technical solutions during pre-sales, and coordinating the transition of services for ongoing support. This role requires a degree in IT-related disciplines and familiarity with various operating systems.

Qualifications

• 6 years of in-depth experience in desktop/server implementation and support.
• Solid experience in managing and integrating infrastructure.
• Familiar with server products and system management in sizeable organizations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of total solutions by client.
• Build and maintain close relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Participate in technical solutions for customers during pre-sales stage.
• Coordinate deployment and ensure proper service transition.
