Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and manage incoming customer enquiries, and process sales orders from quotations to contract finalization
• Build rapport with customers to maximize sales, market penetration and customer satisfaction
• Provide sales support to the IT Sales Teams
• Assist to prospect new business by analyzing information and trends, and identify sales opportunities with the cross functional teams
• Handle regular reports and other ad hoc projects per request
• Prepare service proposals and provide upsell of service/maintenance solutions to clients
• Keep in regular contact with existing customers for seeking new business opportunities and other service enhancement feedback.
• Work with operation team to maximize revenue opportunities with service delivery
• Coordinate urgent/ad-hoc service request with client and operation team

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• 5-8 years of Sales or Customer Service related work experience, preferably with solutions experience of IT/AV products
• Previous experience in Information Technology / Telecom industry is added advantage
• Detail-minded, logical thinking and most importantly a team player
• A good team player, and good communication & negotiation skills
• Excellent in both spoken and written English; Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
