Job summary

Dorsett Kai Tak Hong Kong is seeking a guest services professional for our 373-room flagship to deliver outstanding hospitality across leisure and business stays.

In this role you will handle guest reservations and enquiries, support front desk operations, and perform other duties as required, while communicating effectively in English and Chinese. Diploma or above and at least 2 years in hospitality are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).

The new 373-room Dorsett Hotel flagship is inspired by the location’s dreamy Marina lifestyle and the ocean. Catering to both leisure and longer-staying business travellers alike, our suites offer pantry and light cooking facilities, and interconnecting options.
