Job summary

Dorsett Kai Tak Hong Kong is seeking an experienced bartender to lead floor and bar operations, delivering high-speed, high-quality service in a vibrant flagship hotel setting.

You will hire, train, and mentor bartenders, manage stock, collaborate on seasonal menus, and ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations. The role rewards leadership and expertise in spirits, cocktails, wine, and craft beer, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of bar experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or shift-lead role.
• Deep understanding of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, and craft beer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Understanding of bar inventory management and labor cost control.

Responsibilities

• Direct floor and bar operations during service, maintaining high standards of speed, quality, and hospitality.
