You will establish succession and high‑potential development frameworks and design future‑focused learning programs to upskill leaders and managers for evolving markets.

Qualifications

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years hands-on recruitment and talent management experience within a corporate environment.
• Proven track record in HR transformation and academy projects.
• Sound knowledge of best practices and regulations.
• A trusted advisor to senior leadership with excellent influential capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
