Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Recruiting and Talent Journey.
• Proven ability to design and implement multi-modular HR platforms and workstreams.
• Deep knowledge of talent acquisition, talent management and succession.
• Strong understanding of market best practices in HR domains.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; able to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize talent acquisition, career and succession management.
• Lead system capabilities and translate direction into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with Organization Development & Talent leads to drive vision and process design.
• Provide insights on best practices and trends in talent management and employee experience.
