Job summary

Computer And Technologies Solutions Limited is seeking an onsite IT Support Engineer to handle critical operational systems. The role requires investigating and resolving software and system issues, implementing changes, and maintaining server and network configurations.

The successful candidate will support reporting, documentation, and escalation to senior staff as needed. Candidates should hold a IT diploma or higher, with Microsoft or Lotus Notes certifications as a plus, and be fluent in

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in IT discipline or equivalent.
• Possess valid certifications on Microsoft products or Lotus Notes is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese.
• At least 4 years of IT working experience.
• Able to work on a 5-day shift roster (shifts including daytime, night-time and overnight) from Monday to Sunday, and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, replicate and resolve software and system-related issues.
• Implement system changes, conduct system verification and testing.
• Perform server administration, monitoring, exception analysis and response.
• Perform network and server system configuration management.
• Maintain operation manuals, procedures and network diagrams.
• Generate users reports and system statistics.
• Escalate critical and unresolved technical issues to Senior Engineer and Project Manager from time to time.
