The role involves providing system support and troubleshooting to end-users, performing system testing, and preparing technical documentation. Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience SQL is an advantage.
• Good presentation and communication skills.

• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• More than 2 years of working experience on system support will be considered as System Support Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Provide system support and troubleshooting to end-users.
• Perform system testing.
• Prepare technical documentation & User Manual.
• Assist in ad hoc projects if required.
