Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking a System Engineer (End User Computing) in Hong Kong to administer Microsoft 365 services and manage Windows endpoints with Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot. You will deploy Windows 11, imaging, and lifecycle management while applying security patches and policy compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise system engineering with strong AD/Entra ID and GPO experience, plus fluent Cantonese and good English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of system engineering or end-user computing in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience managing Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, and Windows endpoints.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 deployment, patch management, endpoint compliance, and device imaging.
• Fluent Cantonese and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience managing Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, and Windows endpoints.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 deployment, patch management, endpoint compliance, and device imaging.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, VMware, or virtualization technologies is advantageous.
• Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment.
• Good troubleshooting skills with a proactive and hands‑on approach.
• Fluent Cantonese and good English communication skills.
