Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is partnering with a large Insurance client in Hong Kong to hire an experienced System/Network Engineer focused on end-to-end Intune migrations and Windows deployment projects.

You will plan and execute device migrations to Intune, manage MECM/SCCM co-management strategies, and support enterprise-scale Windows 10/11 migrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of experience in endpoint engineering / desktop engineering / IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in Windows OS deployment and migration (Windows 10/11).
• Experience with MECM / SCCM.
• Exposure to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Strong understanding of device lifecycle management, Group Policy (GPO) and Azure AD/Active Directory.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale migration projects.
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end device migration to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.

• Configure and manage Intune device enrollment (Autopilot, Azure AD Join, Hybrid Join).
• Configure compliance policies and configuration profiles; handle application packaging and deployment.
• Collaborate with MECM (SCCM) for co-management strategies and migration planning.
• Perform endpoint build, imaging, and OS deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot migration issues related to devices, applications, and user profiles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, security, infrastructure).
• Provide end-user support during migration phases and maintain migration runbooks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and migration progress reports.

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM)
  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (hands-on or project-based)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Device lifecycle management
  • Group Policy (GPO) and modern management concepts
  • Azure AD / Active Directory
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale migration projects
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications
