Job summary

PERSOL in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to administer and maintain enterprise IT systems, cloud services and the end-user computing platform. You will perform system upgrades, disaster recovery tests, implement security measures, maintain documentation and ensure system compliance, collaborating with IT teams to integrate with enterprise applications and support infrastructure projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• 3 years’ relevant experience in IAM, Microsoft 365 services, or Privileged Identity & Access Management.
• ITIL certification or equivalent expertise is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good command of English and Chinese.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines

A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Identity, certificate, and access management (e.g. Microsoft AD, Entra ID, ADFS, ADCS, GPO)
• Microsoft 365 services (e.g. Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Forms)
• Privileged identity and access management (e.g. CyberArk)

Certification in ITIL or any of the above areas an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
