Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking an experienced System Engineer to administer Microsoft 365 services and manage a large Windows endpoint fleet in a Hong Kong enterprise environment.

You will deploy Windows 11, perform OS upgrades, handle device imaging, and drive ongoing patching and policy enforcement while collaborating with regional IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in System Engineering, End User Computing, or Workplace Technology within an enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience managing Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, and Windows endpoints.
• Fluent Cantonese and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage enterprise Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Perform Windows 11 deployments, OS upgrades, endpoint imaging, software packaging, and device lifecycle management.
• Deploy monthly security patches, software updates, and compliance policies across enterprise endpoints.
• Support identity and access management, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and user lifecycle management.
• Provide hands-on technical support for endpoint-related incidents and infrastructure issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Assist with technology rollouts, endpoint refresh projects, and Microsoft 365 migration initiatives.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and regional IT teams to deliver enterprise IT projects.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and asset records.

• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 deployment, patch management, endpoint compliance, and device imaging.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, VMware, or virtualization technologies is advantageous.
• Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment.
• Good troubleshooting skills with a proactive and hands‑on approach.
• Fluent Cantonese and good English communication skills.
