• Responsible for end-to-end support for application evelopment process including but not limited to installation, configuration, simulation or testing environment preparation.
• Support users on system related issue handling and troubleshooting upon go-live.
• To perform, liaise with relevant departments for project implementation tasks, requirement analysis, UAT etc.
• Ensure the system run smoothly by provdig on-call support to operation team.
• Monitor the platform, taking proactive action to maintain high level of support service.

• Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
• Experience on system engineer with at least 2 years’ experience.
