Provide day‑to‑day support services to users, IT staff and the operation of various servers including, but not limited to the systems listed in clients' venues;
Perform system monitoring and tuning, system administration and database administration and their housekeeping activities;
Support, configure and troubleshoot wired, VPN and wireless network;
Interact and follow up with other contractors for maintenance and fault reported for any IT equipment including PCs, notebooks, printers, scanners, monitors, mobile devices, software, servers and network equipment until case completed;
Answer Helpdesk hotline phone call and provide remote support through remote assistance software;
Facilitate the setup of domain accounts, departmental portal accounts and VPN accounts for users;
Produce regular reports on network traffic, virus infection, internet attack, PC switch on after office hour, usage, and performance reports;
Maintain and update the system documentation to reflect the latest production systems.
At least higher diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology or computer science;
Shall have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) qualification;
At least 1 year working experience as Government Office Automation resident support staff;
