A technology consulting firm is looking for a Junior System Engineer in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of IT support experience and skills in configuration and troubleshooting of PC systems. You will provide support for desktops and servers in a Microsoft environment, assist in monitoring service requests and perform installations. • Provide support to desktops and servers operation in Microsoft environment, major in servers operation.
• Assist supervisor in monitoring an updating Infrastructure Service request and incident tickets to ensure the requests can be completed as per SLA.
• Perform new System / PC installation, set up of equipment in the office and for motor shows, office renovations and etc., and install authorized software to desktops or laptops as per user requests.
• Maintain IT assets inventory including both hardware and software and liaise with vendor for quality hardware (PC, printer, routers and etc) maintenance.
