Job summary

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead Windows Platform, M365, Exchange, storage and virtualization for a banking environment in Hong Kong’s Kwun Tong.

The role involves managing enterprise infrastructure, migrations, DR planning, security controls, and collaboration with network, security, and application teams to ensure high availability and regulatory compliance. A minimum of 5 years in relevant IT infrastructure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in infrastructure, platform, or Microsoft technologies.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration.
• Expertise with AD, DNS, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Solid VMware vSphere and Hyper-V experience.
• Experience with SAN/NAS, backup, DR environments.
• Knowledge of Exchange Server, Exchange Online, 365, hybrid deployments.
• Experience with Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• VDI experience (VMware Horizon or Citrix).
• Mobility solutions (Intune/Workspace ONE).
• Security, regulatory compliance, and risk in enterprise infra.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure, virtual machines, servers, storage platforms, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer and optimize VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V, SAN, NAS, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration platforms.
• Lead Exchange Online migration projects, hybrid Exchange deployments, platform upgrades, and legacy system decommissioning activities.
• Design, implement, and support secure remote access, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and enterprise mobility solutions.
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, patch management, capacity planning, and service reliability across infrastructure platforms.
• Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, system migration, and platform transformation projects.
• Manage change, incident, problem, and release management processes in accordance with organizational standards.
• Develop disaster recovery strategies, backup solutions, replication plans, and business continuity measures.
• Monitor platform performance, security posture, and compliance requirements within a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with network, security, application, and business teams to deliver integrated infrastructure services.
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and platform lifecycle activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, systems, storage, or Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise infrastructure administration.
• Solid expertise in VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V, virtualization technologies, and virtual machine management.
• Proven experience managing SAN, NAS, enterprise storage, backup, replication, and disaster recovery environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, licensing, MFA, Conditional Access, and security controls.
• Experience supporting or managing VDI platforms such as VMware Horizon, Citrix, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management and Enterprise Mobility solutions such as Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security best practices, regulatory compliance, and risk management within enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience leading infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and cross‑functional technical initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and vendor management skills.
• Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft, Azure, ITIL, PMP, EMC, NetApp, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
