Job summary

A leading IT consultancy firm in Hong Kong is seeking a System Engineer/Senior System Engineer to handle system administration tasks, assist with IT project implementations, and manage system storage and backups. The ideal candidate should have a higher diploma in Information Systems and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in server administration. • Handle system administration, upgrade, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring of information systems including Microsoft AD, Exchange email, VM platform and endpoints system
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects, such as PC replacement, System Migration, Server Migration
• Manage system storage and backup, and restore the operations
• Assist in planning and implementing systems
• Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
• Maintain operation & support procedures, server and hardware inventory

• Higher Diploma or above in Information System, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum experience 5 years working experience in IT related and 3 years working experience in server administration or support
• Solid experience in Windows Domains, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 or Exchange environment
• Working experience in Microsoft Active Directory migration is highly prefer
• Working experience in the administration of Azure Cloud, Office 365 and AWS will be an advantage
