Responsibilities

• Order management: create/maintain Sales and Replacement Orders in SAP; monitor orders and delivery status; coordinate shipments with warehouses and logistics providers; handle inquiries; monitor stock/backorders.
• Warehouse & Logistics: coordinate daily operations with warehouses and partners; address inventory discrepancies; handle missing/damaged shipment claims; support monthly reporting; maintain pricing records and promotions; support new product pricing setups; create customer master data; ensure SAP data accuracy; support sales operation activities and special requests; coordinate ad hoc requirements; provide backup for sales operations.

Job description

Responsible for order management, customer support, pricing maintenance, warehouse coordination, and sales operations support. The role works closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Create and maintain Sales Orders and Replacement Orders in SAP.
• Monitor open orders and delivery status.
• Coordinate shipments with warehouses and logistics providers.
• Handle order and delivery inquiries.
• Monitor stock availability and backorders.

Warehouse & Logistics

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners on daily operations.
• Follow up inventory discrepancies and warehouse issues.
• Handle claims for missing or damaged shipments.
• Support monthly reporting activities.
• Maintain customer pricing records and promotional pricing.
• Support NPD pricing setup.
• Create and maintain customer master data.
• Ensure data accuracy in SAP.
• Support sales operation activities and special requests.
• Coordinate ad hoc customer and business requirements.
• Provide backup support for sales operations when required.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, or Sales Operations.

Skills

• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP required).
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in customer master data or pricing maintenance is an advantage.
