Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in cross-border supply chain, import/export logistics, or inventory management.
  • Experience in health supplements or food cross-border industries preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiar with import/export, customs clearance, and order transfer processes.
  • Able to independently handle routine supply chain matters and resolve exceptions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor local and in-transit inventory, analyse data, and develop stocking plans.
  • Review regional procurement and replenishment orders, verify product information.
  • Approve and track inter-warehouse transfers, standardise processes.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and authorities; prepare clearance documentation.
  • Manage import/export declarations and inspection procedures.
  • Track fulfilment progress end-to-end and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Build supply chain ledgers and produce regular reports.
  • Review and optimise processes to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor local policy updates to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance and other teams on daily supply chain matters.

Job description

This role involves managing inventory and supply chain operations across local and in-transit stock, coordinating orders and inter-warehouse transfers, handling customs compliance and import/export procedures, managing supply chain fulfillment and data reporting, and collaborating across departments to ensure operational compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor local and in-transit inventory, analyse purchase-sales-inventory data, and develop stocking and ordering plans based on sales and promotional schedules to optimise inventory structure and prevent stockouts and overstock situations
  • Review regional procurement and replenishment orders, verify product information and compliance credentials
  • Approve and track inter-warehouse inventory transfers, standardise transfer processes, and improve product turnover efficiency
  • Liaise with local freight forwarders, customs brokers and customs authorities; prepare customs clearance documentation and manage import/export declaration and inspection procedures
  • Handle customs clearance exceptions and ensure compliance with local health supplement import policies
  • Track supply chain fulfillment progress end-to-end, coordinate resolution of logistics and product issues
  • Build supply chain ledgers and produce regular inventory and fulfillment reports
  • Review and optimise processes to improve supply chain operational efficiency
  • Monitor local policy updates to ensure operational compliance
  • Coordinate with internal sales, finance and other teams on daily supply chain matters
About you
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 1-3 years of experience in cross-border supply chain, import/export logistics, or inventory management
  • Experience in health supplements or food cross-border industries is preferred
  • Familiar with import/export, customs clearance, and order transfer processes
  • Able to independently handle routine supply chain matters and resolve exceptions
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred
  • Basic business English reading and writing ability
  • Data-sensitive, meticulous and rigorous; strong communication, coordination and stress management skills
  • Compliance awareness and team collaboration ability
