Ambition in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Specialist responsible for end-to-end order processing, logistics coordination, and customer liaison across Asia Pacific markets. You will manage order fulfilment, coordinate logistics, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive service excellence.

The role requires a tertiary degree in a related field, 5+ years in supply chain or logistics roles, and fluency in English with Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, customer service, order management, or logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of order processing, inventory planning, international logistics, and invoice management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Manage end-to-end order processing from order receipt through invoicing and delivery execution.
• Coordinate logistics planning based on inventory availability, lead times, customer requirements, and transportation schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order, delivery, and service-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate product, order, and shipment information through internal systems and communication platforms.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer records, transaction documentation, and operational reports.
• Analyze operational and customer service data to identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
• Collaborate with regional supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment across global networks.
