Job summary

NOC Coffee Co. in Hong Kong is looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor / Assistant Manager to unify procurement and warehouse operations while collaborating closely with Finance to ensure purchasing and inventory align with cash flow.

Reporting to the COO, you will manage stock takes, control costs, explore new vendors, and implement purchasing policies, using Foodival and Sage X3 to maintain accurate records and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain or procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with modern procurement/ERP systems; familiarity with Foodival or Sage X3 is an asset.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain procurement and finance systems to ensure day-to-day operations and accurate records.
• Oversee stock-takes and manage reserved inventory, forecasting, and procurement budget.
• Actively explore new vendors and solutions to reduce warehousing and holding costs.

Supply Chain Supervisor / Assistant Manager

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join our team.

Reporting directly to the COO, the main function of this role is to connect and integrate our procurement and warehouse operations into supply chain. You will also work very closely with the Finance department to ensure our purchasing activities and reserved inventory align with the company's financial goals and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain company procurement and finance systems (e.g., Foodival and Sage X3) to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and accurate record-keeping.
• Oversee regular stock-takes to ensure the inventory accuracy, manage reserved inventory, forecasting and procurement budget and strictly control supply chain spending.
• Actively explore new channels, vendors and solutions to reduce warehousing and holding costs.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance department to align procurement schedules and maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Formulate, implement and enforce comprehensive purchasing policies and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Proficient with modern procurement/ERP systems and financial software. Familiar with Foodival or Sage X3 will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and cross-departmental collaboration skills.Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
