Job summary

French International School "Victor Segalen" Association Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Vie Scolaire Coordinator/Student Services for the Chai Wan campus. You will support the wellbeing and supervisory needs of Kindergarten and Primary students across French and International streams within the Vie Scolaire Department.

You will be the main contact for families, supervise students, handle admin follow-ups, oversee Student Supervisors, and help drive school-life projects while coordinating with

Qualifications

Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential; French is a plus and Mandarin is also a plus.
Experience in childcare, youth leadership, or student support is a plus.
Proficiency with standard office IT tools and internet applications.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact between FIS and families and ensure smooth communication.
Welcome and supervise students at arrival, breaks, and departure.
Manage administrative follow-up for students (absences, lateness, class lists).
Supervise Student Supervisors: recruit, onboard, schedule, payroll, and daily supervision.
Contribute ideas for educational activities and school life projects for both streams.
Collaborate with health, maintenance, and teaching teams; report to management.
