Job summary

The French International School - Hong Kong is seeking an Educational Assistant to join the Jardine’s Lookout campus. You will support Y7 students in the International stream, help with class activities, and assist with supervision during breaks and study periods.

You will report to the CPE/Dean, Head of Y7 and Campus Coordinator, and work as part of a pastoral team to monitor students, liaise with families, and carry out administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Good command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in office software and the internet.
• Experience in leading or supporting teenagers would be advantageous.
• Energetic, thorough and caring.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming students on arrival and seeing students off at the end of the day.
• Supervising students during breaks, between lessons, lunch, and study periods.
• Monitoring lateness and absences.
• Providing educational support to students and liaising with families.
• Educational activities offering in-class support.
• Ensuring students adhere to school rules.
• Administrative tasks that support the Head of Year.
• Specialised roles and activities as assigned.
• Project monitoring and student council support.
