Hiro Digital Limited seeks a diligent education-support role to manage your children’s learning plan and daily routine in Hong Kong. You will coordinate schoolwork, reading, languages, and enrichment with a clear weekly timetable and ensure high-quality execution.

You will monitor progress, identify gaps early, and adapt practice or tutor support. Fluent English and discretely handling family information are essential.

Formación

• Strong academic record and bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong international-school systems (IB PYP, UK curriculum, or equivalent).
• Teaching or learning-support experience is an advantage.
• Calm, precise and patient when working with two children at different stages.
• Discreet, reliable and used to working with household staff and senior family principals.
• Fluent English; Chinese is advantageous for communication.

Responsabilidades

Own the children's learning plan, daily academic routine, and school-to-home coordination. The standard is discreet, consistent, and aligned with an international-school pathway. The role supports the parents; it does not replace them or the school.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain a term plan for both children, covering schoolwork, reading, languages, and enrichment, with a clear weekly timetable.

Supervise homework and reading to a finished standard: accuracy, presentation, and understanding, not mere completion.

Identify gaps early and adjust practice, revision, or tutor support before issues reach report-card stage.

Set and hold routines: start and end times, materials ready, device rules, and independent work habits.

Research holiday programmes, summer courses, and assessments; present options with dates, cost, and fit, then execute the parents' decision.

Send a short weekly note: what was covered, what is on track, what needs a decision.

Flag behaviour, fatigue, friendship, or learning issues early, with facts and opinions.

Keep all family, school, and household information confidential.

About you

Strong academic record. An excellent bachelor's degree.

Working knowledge of Hong Kong international-school systems (IB PYP, UK curriculum, or equivalent).

Teaching or learning-support experience is an advantage.

Calm, precise, and patient. Able to manage two children of different stages without lowering the standard for either.

Discreet, reliable, and used to working with household staff and senior family principals.

Fluent English. Chinese is an advantage for school and home communication.
