Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a quota-carrying business development/acquisition, agency recruitment, or account management role.
• Business fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin required due to market coverage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agency owners, senior decision makers and influencers.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and renewals.
• Consult with clients to optimize talent acquisition strategies using data and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success and operations to support clients.
• Represent LinkedIn as a trusted advisor at events and meetings.
• Ask layered questions to understand client objectives beyond surface details.
