Job summary

You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnerships while delivering strategic workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in client success, account management, HR consulting, or talent advisory.
• Proven ability to manage corporate client relationships and drive retention and growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
• Experience with cross-border stakeholders and Mainland China market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Provide talent advisory and workforce consulting to align with business goals.
• Oversee service delivery across recruitment outsourcing and HR solutions.
• Drive client retention and identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.
• Prepare client reports and workforce analytics for reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
