Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT consulting
• 5+ years in project leadership
• Experience working with public sector clients; experience with Cross Functional (XC) is a plus
• Strong presales mindset with a business-oriented approach
• Ability to formulate strategies and collaborate with sales to drive business growth
• Experience in pipeline management, with supervisory experience in leading solution teams
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Master’s preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive business development: technology refresh, app modernization, AI apps, and cloud migration
• Support pre-sales and solution design; identify growth opportunities
• Advise C-level executives on technology strategy and build long-term relationships
• Oversee large-scale project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality
• Provide thought leadership on cloud platforms and emerging technologies
• Build and lead high-performing teams; mentor and develop talent
