Job summary

Appnovation Technologies is seeking a Project Manager Director to oversee multiple complex projects across the APAC region. You will coordinate with project managers, leaders, and stakeholders to align with budgets and timelines, develop strategies, allocate resources, and mentor other PMs.

Role requires 10+ years in project management within a global digital services environment, with hands-on AI tool usage and strong client management. Travel to clients across APAC and lead proposals as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering large digital solutions.
• Consulting, professional services or digital agency background at a global company.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a project management context.
• Experience working with or managing teams across multiple APAC countries.
• Client management experience and ability to drive business development efforts.
• Proven track record of leading significant RFP responses.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, facilitation and team-building skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for program/portfolio/project success.
• Structure, review and oversee all project components in the team’s portfolio: planning, executing and closing.
• Manage large, complex programs and projects to an acceptable level of risk by balancing cost, scope, time and quality.
• Be an escalation point and engagement manager for projects in the team’s portfolio.
• Resolve issues, mitigate risks, foster project change control, scope management, budget tracking, and forecasting, as well as develop and review all project assets.
• Educate and ensure our end-to-end delivery processes are followed by our global onshore and nearshore teams, including teams across multiple APAC markets.
• Identify and champion opportunities to apply AI tools within project delivery.
