Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a senior IT programme leader to drive large-scale cross-border transformation initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across regions, including app development, migration, and infrastructure projects, coordinating diverse teams and senior stakeholders to achieve milestones.

The role emphasizes vendor management, procurement, cybersecurity compliance, and rigorous budgeting to optimise costs while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex IT or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in cross-regional delivery and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and procurement expertise.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance and IT governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects across multiple regions.
• Manage application development, migration, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee budget control, cost optimisation, and financial tracking.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.
• Handle vendor selection, procurement, and contract negotiations (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
• Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
• Review deliverables for quality standards.
• Provide strategic guidance to project managers.
• Support solution validation and cost accuracy.
• Ensure consistent implementation of project management methodologies.
