Digital Project Manager – Enterprise Integrations (Cloud Platform)
About the Job:
Our client is a well-established, fast-growing technology company with a strong presence across local and international markets. They serve a large and diverse portfolio of business clients and have built a solid reputation for reliability, innovation, and long-term partnerships within their industry.
The organization is entering an exciting growth phase and is investing in strengthening its delivery and client-success functions to support increasingly complex, large-scale projects.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a DigitalProjectManager to own the full lifecycle of complex client integrations and custom enterprise deployments — from technical scoping through go-live and vendor governance. This person will sit at the intersection of clients, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, ensuring ambitious technical projects land on time, on scope, and without drama.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of accountability for planning and delivering complex, tailor-made technical projects for enterprise clients, from initial scoping through to successful go-live.
- Build strong working relationships across internal teams — including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering — and serve as the go-to person who keeps everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical specialists to shape rough business ideas into well-defined project scopes, realistic timelines, and achievable delivery plans.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously, proactively flagging risks and keeping projects on track in terms of scope, budget, and timing.
- Take the lead in bringing external vendors and implementation partners on board, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing operational processes.
- Monitor vendor and partner performance on an ongoing basis, ensuring service commitments and quality standards are consistently met.
- Act as an escalation point when projects hit friction, helping teams find pragmatic solutions while protecting the client relationship.
- Continuously look for ways to improve delivery processes, documentation, and cross-team communication as the business scales.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in technical or software project/program management; experience in a client-facing, technical consulting-style role, ideally in a cloud-based or subscription technology business.
- A genuine interest in how technology products connect and work together, with solid working knowledge of common web and system integration concepts and general comfort with how modern platforms exchange data.
- Confidence reading and interpreting technical documentation, workflows, or system diagrams without always needing an engineer to translate.
- An appreciation for how integration and middleware layers help connect core platforms with external enterprise systems, such as CRMs or loyalty programs.
- Practical, real-world experience working within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall-style delivery frameworks, and the flexibility to adapt approach depending on the project.
- Strong familiarity with common project management platforms (such as Jira, Confluence) as well as visual or diagramming tool.
- Confidence in setting and holding boundaries around project scope, saying no where needed, while still maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships.
- A natural ability to translate technical complexity into simple, business-friendly language that resonates with non-technical stakeholders and senior executives.
- Experience coordinating and negotiating with third-party vendors, including familiarity with contracts, service-level agreements, and performance metrics.
- A practical, curious mindset toward using AI and modern tools to work smarter — whether that's summarizing documentation, drafting project materials, or speeding up day-to-day decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to stay calm and organized when priorities shift or timelines get tight.
