Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Digital Transformation Director in Hong Kong to lead enterprise-wide initiatives with a strong AI emphasis. You will align initiatives with governance, regulatory standards, and strategic goals while bridging technology with business units.

You will manage senior stakeholders, drive complex projects, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and uphold rigorous risk controls under a CTO-level leadership structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of digital transformation, technology consulting, or project management experience.
• 5+ years in senior management leadership within a large organisation.
• Deep expertise in AI, ML and emerging technologies for business optimisation.
• Experience managing AI vendors, cloud providers, and service contracts.
• Strong governance, risk, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmap with a strong focus on AI and emerging technologies.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across business units to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and KPI attainment.
• Maintain full compliance and robust governance frameworks for all digital processes.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement by researching and implementing cutting-edge digital tools.
