Job summary

Captar Partners is seeking a Digital Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of complex client integrations and enterprise deployments. You will coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure projects land on time and within scope.

You will lead scoping to go-live, manage multiple workstreams, and guide external vendors through onboarding while maintaining strong client relationships and clear, business-friendly communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical or software project management for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts and data exchange between platforms.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main accountability for planning and delivering complex enterprise client projects from scoping to go-live.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align teams.
• Shape rough business ideas into well-defined project scopes, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders, flag risks, and keep scope and budget on track.
• Lead external vendors and implementation partners through onboarding and ongoing operations.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level commitments are met.
• Escalate issues to protect client relationships; offer pragmatic solutions.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and cross-team communication as the business scales.
