Job summary

Pinpoint Asia is seeking a Director of Delivery for FSI Tech Modernization in Hong Kong. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar modernization programs, defining budgets, timelines, and milestones while guiding technical execution.

As the bridge between engineers, architects, and senior business strategists, you will manage risks, drive agile delivery, and present data-driven recommendations. Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct IT project delivery experience as Project Manager with 2+ major deliveries.
• Deep knowledge of core banking or insurance domains.
• Strong understanding of Agile, cloud ecosystems and data/middleware platforms.
• Excellent communication and enterprise stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese for client interactions.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with test automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project lifecycles including budgets, timelines and milestones.
• Oversee technical implementation phases focusing on data migration, system integration and QA.
• Serve as the translation layer between engineers, architects and senior business strategists.
• Manage project risks, drive agile delivery and present data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
