Job summary

Captar Partners Limited is seeking a Digital Project Manager for Enterprise Integrations within a Cloud Platform context. You will own the full lifecycle of complex client integrations—from initial scoping through go-live—working across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure delivery on time and on scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical or software project management experience.
• Client-facing, technical consulting experience, ideally in cloud-based environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and diagrams.
• Experience integrating core platforms with external enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for project delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with using AI tools to speed up delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of complex enterprise client integrations, from scoping to go-live.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to keep teams aligned.
• Partner with pre-sales and technical specialists to turn ideas into defined scopes and timelines.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, flag risks, and keep projects within scope, budget, and timing.
• Lead onboarding of external vendors and implementation partners; oversee ongoing operations.
• Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements and quality standards.
• Act as escalation point to resolve project friction while protecting client relationships.
• Seek continuous improvements to delivery processes and cross-team communication.
